Hotel Only Bookings
COMPLIMENTARY
This package is for those of you who know where you want to go (maybe you even have a hotel in mind) but you want to add just a touch of VIP to your experience.
I’ll send you 3-5 options based on your style/brand preferences and budget. You’ll then choose the one you want, and I’ll handle the booking!
When you book your hotels through me, you’ll benefit from my network of partnerships across the world, often resulting in exclusive perks and amenities, such as the following:
Daily complimentary breakfast
Free room upgrades, subject to availability
A welcome gift (fruit plate, bottle of wine, etc)
A set dollar amount to be spent on property (spa, bar, etc.)
VIP status and attention from hotel staff
This package applies to resorts and cruises as well! This package does not apply to Air BnB bookings. If you are interested in a home or villa rental, I have a network of trusted and vetted suppliers we could explore.
Partial Itinerary Planning
Starting from $150 USD per week of travel
Do you have your destination(s) in mind but you’re not sure where to stay, what to do, or where to eat? Do you still like a bit of on-the ground spontaneity and/or like to still be involved in the planning? Then this package is for you!
With the Partial Planning package, you’ll get your accommodations booked, plus the following:
A city guide with suggested activities and restaurants, but you maintain flexibility for booking and organizing on your own
Transportation arrangement (think airport transfers and inter-country transportation for multi-destination trips)
Full Service Itinerary Planning
Starting from $350 USD per week of travel
This is for those of you who want to arrive at your destination with a fully customized itinerary in hand such that you don’t have to think about a thing. You know exactly what you’re going to do each day because every detail has been thoughtfully curated for you.
This is for those of you who want a full service experience.
With the Full Service package, you’ll get everything from the prior packages, plus the following:
All of your activities and excursions specifically organized and booked
Ongoing management of all activities and transportation items
Down time thoughtfully placed throughout your itinerary, in accordance with your travel preference
An optional pre-departure call or video meeting to go over the itinerary in detail so that you feel completely comfortable with your trip
Priority travel support from me during your trip
