We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.

  • Nope! There is no additional cost to you when booking your hotel/resort/cruise through me. You pay the same price whether you book through me or not (sometimes even less), so you might as well get some free perks with it! It’s a win-win.

  • Absolutely, you’ll maintain full control over your itinerary. You’ll have access to all bookings and necessary documentation in a handy app you can pull out on your phone, as well as in PDF format if you prefer.

  • Aside from the ability to obtain VIP perks and amenities, you get peace of mind. You now have someone in your corner. Stuff goes wrong when traveling; it’s inevitable. But now you have a direct line to someone who’s personally invested in the success of your trip, and who will intervene to help resolve any hiccups along the way.

Most importantly, you get your time back! And that is priceless.

  • Great question and this is something a lot of people don’t realize: I get paid by the supplier directly. Hotels, resorts, and cruises already have commission built into their prices. So because I get paid directly by them, I don’t need to charge a further fee to my client.

  • Not at all! I take the time to learn your hotel style and be conscious of your budget, and I only recommend hotels within that range.

Additionally, I strongly encourage feedback and collaboration. If you don’t vibe with my first-round of selections, tell me and I will go back to the drawing board until we find an option you love. I don’t put a limit on the number of revisions to your trip, like other advisors do. That’s because it’s your trip; you’re investing a lot of money into it, so it needs to be perfect.

My goal is to build a relationship and be part of all of your future travels. The best way to do that is to make sure I’m making the best recommendation for YOU, not for me :)

  • You’ll pay the planning fee up front and then once that’s received, I’ll get to work planning!

  • Unfortunately, no. The planning fee is non-refundable even in the event of trip cancellation. That’s because the fee covers the labor that goes into the planning of the trip. So even if you cancel a trip, the planning work has already been done, which is why the fee is non-refundable.

However, if you do end up needing to reschedule a trip, rest assured I’ll still be available to manage that trip and assist with any necessary modifications, without an additional planning fee.

  • First, you’ll fill out the form on the Contact page so I can get an idea of the type of trip you’re looking to plan.

Second, I’ll reach out to you to set up a consultation call to go over any additional information and finalize the details.

Third, (if applicable), you’ll pay the planning fee and then I’ll begin compiling the components of your trip. I’ll first send you an accommodations proposal, have you sign off on the one you want, and then book it for you.

After we solidify the accommodations, I’ll do the same thing for transportation and activity options: curating a selection and sending to you for approval.

I’ll then finalize the proposed itinerary and send to you for review in its final form. If any adjustments need to be made, we will make those and go back and forth as necessary until you have a final product you are satisfied with.

And then, you simply pack your bags and head off on the trip of a lifetime!
